A unique class with Ellie, 15 mins of Freestyle Fitness Yoga as a warm up and mobilising introduction to the class followed by 45 mins BodyBlast.
No experience or equipment required, new starters and beginners always welcome.
Freestyle Fitness Yoga is a non traditional yoga practice, we use the poses of yoga from a fitness perspective. A great way to warm up and mobilise your body ready for a more energising workout.
BodyBlast is bodyweight based class, designed to increase heart rate, increase cardiovascular capacity. We will use a whole range of exercises which can be modified and adapted for anyone that wants a less intense workout or needs to be careful of any injuries.
