Kettlebells is a dynamic class taught with a weight that looks like a cannon ball with a handle. If you haven’t used a kettlebell before then please book a 1-2-1 technique session with Ellie before your first class to learn correct technique and posture. Contact Ellie – 077465533214.
You swing them, press them, snatch them and pass them from hand to hand. It’s a fantastic workout that will target the whole body and provide brilliant cardio endurance as well as strengthening.
A kettlebell class will supercharge your fitness and melt your unwanted fat, you’ll bust your belly fat, lose your love handles and feel fantastic, energised and strong. Keep it up for 30 days and you will see and feel the benefits.
These online classes will be conducted via Zoom, an online video-call system.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the session begins.

As a person who used to go to the Gym (many moons ago lol) and throw free weights about. I find I am getting better results with the Kettle bells than the traditional approach. I love the dynamics of the class and the amazing different ways you can use the kettlebell to work all parts of the body.
