Fitness Kickboxing is a fun, energetic non-contact class based on the dynamic sparring movements from Taekwon-Do. Participants will learn the correct movement patterns for a multitude of explosive kicks as well as improving their flexibility and fitness levels.

Participants can push themselves through the many methods of training including skipping, pad work, footwork drills and shadow sparring.

This high energy, fun and varied class will help those wanting to learn Kickboxing skills and challenge those with a bit more experience to become fitter and faster. Every class always has a tough finisher to push you to your limits.

Classes are ideal for men and women beginners 16yrs+ or those with no experience in Martial Arts as well as those with more experience, challenge yourself and come along for a fun session and great workout!

Normal gym attire or contact pants can be worn (a bottle of water and towel is advised), participants can use their own gloves.

These online classes will be conducted via Zoom, an online video-call system. There is no need for equipment if you going the online class.

Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the session begins.

    I have never done martial art training to any level before and have now done about a half dozen of Phil’s classes. Phil is a good motivator and provides spot on guidance in the use of all of the techniques. I am starting to get to grips with the kicks and kicking drills now and want to develop my punches. I am seeing a remarked improvement in my stamina and loving the classes on-line. Also dropped a bit of weight too. Bonus!!
