    I was recommended VMA by my Osteopath as I had a weak core which was causing me back problems. I was a little unsure to begin with, but Ellie soon put me at ease.

    My first studio class was Kettlebells but I have also attended the Body Blast and Mash Up sessions which are excellent too.

    If you're like me and you need to be pushed past your 'easy-to-stop' limit, then VMA is the answer. Ellie really motivates me to keep going, and believe it or not, I actually look forward to going to the classes!

    I have never done martial art training to any level before and have now done about a half dozen of Phil's classes. Phil is a good motivator and provides spot on guidance in the use of all of the techniques. I am starting to get to grips with the kicks and kicking drills now and want to develop my punches. I am seeing a remarked improvement in my stamina and loving the classes on-line. Also dropped a bit of weight too. Bonus!!
